ABOUT ME

My name is Rachel and I live in Manchester.

My background lies in teaching and teacher training. I divide my time between teaching foreign students, delivering CELTA certificate training (level 5) and DELTA diploma tutoring (level 7).

I have a degree in Psychology (BA hons) and hold qualifications in Mental Health First Aid and counselling level 2.

I run Mental Health First Aid courses in the North West of England and online globally.

In a world full of to-do lists, deadlines, bills to pay and commitments to uphold, it can easy to lose ourselves. We all need support at times and need someone ask us if we are ok. If we are really ok.

People are essentially kind and want to help, but we don’t always know what to do. My courses can help with that.
